No-questions-asked guarantee
The LaunchReady Audit includes a no-questions-asked refund guarantee. If you are not happy with the audit, email us and request a refund.
This guarantee is designed to remove the buying risk for founders who are not sure whether the audit is the right fit.
72-hour delivery guarantee
If you provide payment, complete repository access, and required launch context, and LaunchReady does not deliver the audit within 72 hours, the audit is free.
The timer starts only after the required access and context are complete. Delays caused by missing access, broken credentials, unavailable environments, or late responses pause the timer until the blocker is resolved.
Missed access or delayed responses
If work is delayed because required access, credentials, project information, or responses are not provided, the delivery timeline may move.
LaunchReady may close or reschedule an engagement that remains blocked for a prolonged period.
Unable to complete
If LaunchReady determines the requested work cannot be completed within the agreed scope, we will explain why and may offer a partial refund, credit, or revised scope at our discretion.
How to request a refund
Email us with your name, project, and payment date. You do not need to argue a case or provide a detailed reason.
