Terms of Service

LaunchReady provides focused engineering review, practical fixes, and plain-English notes for apps that are already substantially built.

Unless separately agreed in writing, LaunchReady is not a full product strategy, full redesign, ongoing maintenance, managed hosting, legal compliance, penetration testing, or guaranteed launch-success service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share the code, data, credentials, accounts, and materials you provide.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving any code changes before deploying them to production. You remain responsible for your app, users, business decisions, and legal obligations.

Provide only the access needed for the review. Use scoped, temporary, revocable access where possible.

LaunchReady may refuse or pause work if the requested access is unsafe, unclear, overly broad, or inconsistent with the agreed scope.

The LaunchReady Audit deliverables include a prioritized launch-risk map, practical code changes or pull requests where appropriate, review notes, implementation guidance, a plain-English walkthrough, and a post-merge launch checklist.

The 72-hour delivery window starts after payment, complete repository access, and required launch context are received. If LaunchReady does not deliver the audit within that window, the audit is free.

LaunchReady offers a no-questions-asked refund guarantee for the LaunchReady Audit. If you are not happy with the audit, contact us and request a refund.

LaunchReady aims to improve quality and reduce launch risk, but cannot promise that every bug, security issue, compliance issue, performance problem, or future production failure will be found or fixed.

Recommendations are based on the materials, access, and scope available during the engagement.

The LaunchReady Audit is a fixed-fee $1,500 service unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

You authorize LaunchReady and its payment providers to process payments for the selected service.

You keep ownership of your app, codebase, content, data, and business materials.

After full payment, you may use the LaunchReady deliverables prepared for your project. LaunchReady retains ownership of general know-how, reusable tools, templates, workflows, and pre-existing materials.

LaunchReady will treat non-public project materials as confidential and use them only to provide the agreed service unless required by law or separately permitted by you.

If a separate NDA or service agreement is signed, that written agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, LaunchReady will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, LaunchReady's total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to that claim.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use of the website or services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
